Jennie began her career in the insurance industry in 1999. She's been working as a Customer Service Agent in the Commercial Lines Department since 2000.

Jennie earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2002. She is currently working towards her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

She is an active member of the Young Professionals of Racine, having served on their Board of Directors from 2004 - 2006. She completed the Leadership Racine Program in 2005 and is an active member of Evangelical United Methodist Church.
