Jessica began her career in the insurance industry in 2000. She started off as a Claims Adjuster and now has been working as a Customer Service Agent in the Commercial Lines Department since 2008.

Jessica earned her Customer Service Agent License in 2008. She is currently working towards her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

She enjoys plenty of outdoor activities including but not limited to fishing, canoeing, volleyball, baseball & tennis.
