Jim started in the insurance industry in 1973. He is a graduate of Dominican College with a BA in Accounting. He is currently Vice President Commercial Sales / Accounting Manager and Bond Manager. He has completed NASBP Surety School, and has worked toward his CIC designation.

In his free time, Jim is currently a member of the Kiwanis Club of West Racine, High School Volleyball Official, transports Special Olympics Athletes to practices, and Donates Blood on a regular basis. (He has donated over 10 gallons). He has coached youth basketball, baseball, and volleyball.

He is past President of Holy Name Athletic Association, RAMAC Accounting council, Kiwanis Club of West Racine, Park High School Volleyball Booster Club, and Holy Name Home and School Association.
